How soon can you deliver my item(s)?

We reckon our Free Delivery service is pretty awesome. Order any mattress from our Free Delivery Mattress range, and you will have your mattress in your home after 5-7 days.

Need a Next Day Delivery Service? If your item(s) are in stock, you can get your item(s) the very next working day!

Can you collect my old mattress?

No! When you buy your new mattress we don’t offer recycling service for your old mattress.

Oh no! We’re really sorry. Please check your spam / junk inbox, and if it is in the spam folder, make sure to mark it as “not spam”. Adding sales@mattressbestdeal.com to your contacts list can help, too.

When will my mattress be delivered?

For items that are in stock, you can choose when you would like your item(s) to be delivered – as soon as the very next working day!

All of our deliveries take place on an all-day service, between 8am – 6pm.

When items are out of stock, please refer to the specific product’s delivery information. We will contact you when your item is ready, to arrange a suitable delivery date.

If you’ve forgotten what date you have requested your delivery, don’t worry! Give us a call, and we will sort it for you.

Where will my item(s) be left?

Free Delivery

Your item(s) will be delivered to the front door of your house, or the main entrance to your block of flats. Unfortunately due to insurance reasons, our couriers can’t bring the item(s) inside.

My mattress is too firm / soft, can I return it?

Unfortunately this one’s a bit tricky. There are two main things to remember:

  • Mattresses are quite large and heavy, so they’re expensive to transport
  • We can’t re-sell a mattress that’s been slept on – no one wants to sleep on a “used” mattress.

That said, we can usually accept returns of mattresses that haven’t been opened, so long as we’re notified of your intention to return within 14 days. Please bear in mind that we’ll only be able to refund the price of your mattress.
